How KRUSHI CLOUD handles information when you browse FPO shops, use your account and request services. You can read this notice without signing in.

Who this notice covers

KRUSHI CLOUD provides account access, FPO discovery and tools for product and service requests. This notice covers those platform services. The FPO you choose is responsible for the business information it publishes and the requests it handles.

An FPO may provide its own privacy or consent notice for its services. Read that notice alongside this one when it applies.

Account information may include your name, account identifier, email, mobile number, preferred language, verification status and assigned access. Sign-in is handled through the identity service connected to KRUSHI CLOUD.

When you use a service, records may include your selected FPO, products, quantities, delivery preference, requests, quotations and relevant membership or application details. Photos or documents you submit may contain personal information; share only what is needed.

Essential security records may include request identifiers, sign-in activity and technical information needed to investigate errors or misuse. Browsing published FPO shops does not require an account.

We use information to sign you in, show services available to your account, route your requests to the selected FPO, track responses, maintain transaction and consent records, and protect the service.

Submitting a request does not authorize unrelated marketing. Optional consent, where requested by your FPO, is separate from browsing or signing in.

The FPO handling your request and its authorized team can use the information needed to respond. Account permissions control access to private records.

Service providers supporting identity, hosting, storage, notifications or business records may process information needed for the functions in use. We may also disclose information where required by law or to address security incidents. Public product listings do not make your private account or request history public.

Essential session cookies keep you signed in across pages. A separate security token protects account actions. Your browser may also save language and appearance preferences. These preferences do not grant access to private records.

Returning to the landing page does not sign you out. A valid session remains subject to its security expiry; Sign out ends access. Clearing cookies can require you to sign in again.

We keep information for the service purpose, necessary business records, security and applicable record-keeping obligations. Retention can differ between account, request, financial and audit records. Backups may retain copies until their normal replacement.

We use access controls and security safeguards to protect information. No service can promise complete protection from every risk. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment credentials in support messages or product photos.

You can review your account details, sign out and choose whether to submit a service request. Where your FPO provides consent settings, use them to review the notice and recorded acceptance.

For access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal or a privacy concern, email [email protected]. Tell us your account email, the relevant FPO and what you need. We may verify your identity and coordinate with the FPO. Some records may need to remain for legal, accounting or security reasons; deleting them is not automatic.

KRUSHI CLOUD is intended for adults and authorized FPO representatives. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information that should be reviewed.

On a shared device, use Sign out when finished. Closing a page or returning to the website home does not necessarily end the session.

For support and privacy requests, contact KRUSHI CLOUD at [email protected]. This address also receives concerns about how information is handled.

We may update this notice as services change. The date above identifies this version. A separate FPO notice or recorded consent may have its own version and terms.
