Can I browse without creating an account?
Yes. Explore published FPOs and products first. Sign in when you want to send a request or follow its progress. FPO membership is optional.
What happens after I send a request?
The FPO reviews your request and checks price and availability. Sending it does not reserve stock or confirm a purchase. Read the FPO’s decision before proceeding.
Can I ask for help identifying an item?
If your FPO has connected your member workspace, share a private photo and a note from there. Otherwise, contact the FPO for help.
